Steamin beta-vaiheessa olevan Big Screen -ominaisuuden ansiosta Steamin käyttöliittymää ja sen pelejä voidaan hallita helposti pelkällä pad-ohjaimella. Big Screen tulee entistä hyödyllisemmäksi myös Portal 2:ssa, sillä viimeisin päivitys lisää mahdollisuuden pelata co-op-tilaa kaverin kanssa saman laitteen välityksellä. Pelaamiseen vaaditaan kahta pad-ohjainta.Aikaisemmin co-op-tuen saaminen oli mahdollista epävirallisesti konsolikomentojen kautta, johon löytyy ohjeita täältä. Toivon mukaan vastaava virallinen tuki tulisi myös esimerkiksi Left 4 Dead -sarjalle.
